- Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food

- Do not take for more than 14 days unless directed by a doctor
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use
- Each tablet contains Esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate 22.3 mg (equivalent to esomeprazole 20 mg)
- Contains lactose
- Do not use for children under 18 years of age
- Do not use if allergic to esomeprazole or any other proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole)
- Do not use if you are taking antiretroviral medicines such as atazanavir
- Do not use if you are taking cilostazol (a medicine used to treat pain and/or cramping in the lower leg or arms due to inadequate blood flow to the muscles)
- Do not use if you are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed
- Do not use if you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist
- Do not use if you are experiencing weight loss, persistent regurgitation of food or vomiting, difficulty swallowing or symptoms of gastro-intestinal bleeding, except on medical advice
- Do not use if the expiry date printed on the pack has passed
- Ask your pharmacist or doctor before use if you have or ever have had serious liver disease
- Ask your pharmacist or doctor before use if you are taking digoxin (a medicine used to treat heart problems)
- Ask your pharmacist or doctor before use if you are taking ketoconazole (a medicine used to treat fungal infections)
- Ask your pharmacist or doctor before use if you are taking clopidogrel or warfarin (medicines used to stop blood clotting)
- Ask your pharmacist or doctor before use if you are taking other medicines regularly
- Keep to recommended dose
- If an overdose is taken or suspected telephone your doctor or the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26, or New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to the Accident and Emergency department at your nearest hospital
- Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you do not feel well, if new or additional symptoms occur while taking this product
- This preparation is for the relief of minor and temporary ailments and should be used strictly as directed
- Do not use for any purpose other than what is specified on the pack, except on doctor's advice
