Kings Discount Chemist uses Australia Post for all deliveries across Australia. Delivery timeframes and costs are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Live rates are provided by Australia Post and displayed before you complete your purchase.

The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is processed. No hidden fees will be added after this point.

Handling & dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We may request:

–Photographs of the item and packaging

–Proof of purchase

–Details about the issue

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Kings Discount Chemist may arrange collection or return shipping for assessment, replacement, repair, or refund.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being unclaimed, it will be returned to us by Australia Post. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange one of the following options:

–Redelivery — the parcel will be resent at the customer's expense

–Refund — a refund may be issued, less the original outbound shipping cost and a restocking fee to cover handling and processing

If we are unable to reach you, receive no response within 3 business days of our initial contact, or the customer declines to pay the redelivery costs, a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. The original outbound shipping cost and applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Kings Discount Chemist is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

PO Boxes

We can deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post for eligible products. Some bulky or heavy items may not be deliverable to PO Boxes.

Risk of loss

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery. Kings Discount Chemist is not liable for loss or damage occurring after the parcel has been delivered and accepted by Australia Post for transit.

If products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the damage.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law. For health and safety reasons, certain items including medicines, personal care products and opened products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or required by law. Pricing & typographical errors
