Returns Policy
The Kings Discount Chemist Returns Policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
Change of mind returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you change your mind about a product purchased from Kings Discount Chemist, we may allow a return within 7 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
| –You provide your original receipt, tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase |
| –The product is unopened, unused and in original saleable condition |
| –The product is in its original packaging including manuals, accessories and inserts |
| –The product and packaging have not been damaged, marked or tampered with |
| –The product is not part of the excluded categories listed below |
Products excluded from change-of-mind returns include:

| –Earrings |

Faulty or incorrect products
All products sold by Kings Discount Chemist come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where:
| –The product is faulty or defective |
| –The product is not of acceptable quality |
| –The product is significantly different from its description or sample |
| –The product is not fit for its intended purpose |
| –The product is unsafe |
To process these returns, proof of purchase is required. Kings Discount Chemist reserves the right to inspect or return the product to the manufacturer for assessment before approving a repair, replacement or refund. Returns may be refused where damage is caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling.
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to:
| –A replacement or refund for a major failure |
| –Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage |
| –A repair or replacement if the failure does not amount to a major failure |
Online orders
We take great care when packing and dispatching orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We may request:
| –Photographs of the item and packaging |
| –Proof of purchase |
| –Details regarding the issue |
Handling & dispatch times
Kings Discount Chemist aims to dispatch all orders within 3 business days handling time. Estimated shipping timeframes provided by couriers are in addition to our handling time.
Cancelled orders
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned to us at the customer's expense. A refund may be issued less any applicable shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds will not be issued in cash unless required by law.
